2. Merchant Responsibility

Each Merchant is solely responsible for its services, products, employees, pricing, policies, pet care, and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Customer Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information about your pet, including any medical conditions, medications, allergies, vaccinations, or behavioral concerns.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through Dogxi. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to each Merchant’s individual policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dogxi is not responsible for the services, products, actions, omissions, or negligence of any Merchant. Any claims relating to services or products must be directed to the Merchant.

6. Privacy & Updates

By using Dogxi, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of Dogxi constitutes acceptance of any changes.
